Our school is a caring, happy and friendly place where children can grow and learn in a secure, creative and friendly environment. We seek to ensure that staff, pupils, parents and governors work closely together to provide a productive and exciting learning experience.
Our leadership team and stakeholders worked hard to identify their views on the school’s purpose and vision. We believe that what emerged captures a true reflection of what the school strives to achieve:
Our school values effort and achievement; knowledge gives us confidence and the ability to think with independence.
Our school allows us to excel in all areas; experiences broaden our horizons and give us the opportunity to be the best we can be.
We nurture a true sense of community; we know how to behave and relate to others with kindness and respect.
We are proud of our school AND understand we are part of the wider world.
We “love school, love learning” and are ready for the future.
Manor Farm Community Junior School is dedicated to ensuring all of our pupils achieve their full potential and leave this school prepared for the demands of society in their future. We have a clear set of aims which form the foundation of our work, developed in consultation with staff, governors, parents, pupils and members of the community:
Our school motto – love School, love learning – describes how we want our pupils to feel as a result of our dedication to these aims. It was written by a Year 6 pupil during our last ‘Have Your Say Day’ and we are very proud of it.
